Small Ochre Dot Painted Rock
This small, dot painted rock is about 3 cm long and 1 cm wide. It has many different warm colors but I named it ochre because that is that shade that stands out to me the most.
A mandala is painted on the rock with a tiny (size 00000) brush and acrylic paint. The base of this particular rock is red. The middle yellow dot was the starting point and from there the dots turn from red to purple and then to different shades of red, orange and brown in a concentric manner. In between those there are tiny white dots. The tiny, lime color dots glow in the dark.
The rock is coated with glossy laquer for a wet effect and for durability reasons.
The mandala is painted free handedly and when you touch the painted part, you can feel the bump of the dots!
It was made by Chloe Nyiri.
