Description

Blue Fused Glass Ring

The intensely shining dichroic glass gives an extra sparkle to the colourful, shiny glass jewel. The base of this particular piece is a hardly visible black layer of paint which is followed by a nacreous white dust topped with an aqua blue glass square. The very top layer which creates the 3D effect is a plain transparent glass piece which covers the whole pendant. A small square of royal blue dichroic glass is melted into the surface right in the middle of the pendant making it ever more beautiful.

The size of the glass part is: 1.8 cm x 1.5 cm.

The size of the ring can be adjusted between 53 (US 7) - 57 (US 8).

The color blue is the color of trust and responsibility

From a color psychology perspective, blue is reliable and responsible.

This is the color of trust, honesty and loyalty. It is sincere, reserved and quiet, and doesn't like to make a fuss or draw attention. It hates confrontation, and likes to do things in its own way.

This color exhibits an inner security and confidence.

You can rely on it to take control and do the right thing in difficult times.

It has a need for order and direction in its life, including its living and work spaces.

This is a color that seeks peace and tranquility above everything else, promoting both physical and mental relaxation.

 Dichroic Glass

Dichroic glass is glass containing multiple micro-layers of metals or oxides which give the glass dichroic optical properties. The main characteristic of dichroic glass is that it has a particular transmitted color and a completely different reflected color, as certain wavelengths of light are either passed through or reflected. This causes an array of color to be displayed. The colors shift depending on the angle of view.
