Enamel comes to existence when glass and metal are melt together at around 900 degrees.

The wonderful technique has fallen into unclearness by now; its use of modern sense is proven to be detected only from the Egyptian artifacts in PCB XVII. Century.  

The technique was brought to Hungary by the miniature pictures of the Saint Crown.

Art Nouveau is an international style of art, architecture and applied art, especially the decorative arts, that was most popular between 1890 and 1910. A reaction to the academic art of the 19th century, it was inspired by natural forms and structures, particularly the curved lines of plants and flowers.
